Delete in the app
- Open NutrAI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Open Account settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Once you confirm, you are signed out immediately and can no longer sign in to the account.
Delete without the app
If you no longer have the app, email info@nutrai.ru with the subject “Account deletion”. Write from the address linked to your account, or tell us how you signed in (Apple, Google, Yandex, etc.). We will verify that the account is yours and delete it within 10 business days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: email, name, body parameters, goals, settings.
- Food diary, meal photos, voice and text entries.
- AI analysis results, reports and chat history with the assistant.
- Push notification tokens and links to sign-in services.
Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request, including backups.
What may be kept longer
- Payment and subscription records, for the period required by Russian law.
- Records of consents given and withdrawn, until the limitation period expires, to show that processing was lawful.
These records are used for nothing other than legal compliance.
Delete only some data
You can clear your chat history with the assistant in Account → Account settings without deleting your account. To delete other specific data, email info@nutrai.ru.
