1. General
These terms govern your use of the NutrAI mobile app for iOS and Android and the nutrai.ru website (together, the “Service”), provided by ООО «НИЦ Синтезтех» (NITs Sinteztekh LLC), TIN 2320250187, registration no. 1172375055676 (“we”).
You accept these terms by ticking “I accept the terms of use” when you sign in or sign up. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy and the Consent to personal data processing.
2. The Service
NutrAI helps you keep a food diary: it recognises meals from photos, text and voice, calculates calories and nutrients, shows statistics and gives recommendations using AI models. You can also share your diary with a nutritionist you choose.
The Service is provided “as is”. We keep developing it and may change features, the interface and the available sign-in methods.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use the Service.
- You sign in with email and password or with a Yandex, VK or Mail.ru account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Account settings → Delete account. See Account deletion.
4. Not a substitute for a doctor
Calculations and recommendations are for information only and are generated automatically by AI models. They may be inaccurate. The Service is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have an eating disorder or take medication, talk to a doctor before changing your diet.
5. Working with a nutritionist
- A nutritionist sees your data only if you connect them in the app. You can revoke access at any time.
- Nutritionists are independent professionals, not our employees, and are responsible for their own advice. You agree the terms and payment of consultations with the nutritionist directly.
6. Your content
Photos, meal descriptions and other content you upload remain yours. You allow us to store and process it, including sending it to AI model providers, only to provide the Service to you, for as long as you have an account.
Do not upload content you have no rights to, or photos of other people without their consent.
7. Prohibited use
- Breaking the law or infringing other people’s rights using the Service.
- Uploading illegal, abusive or malicious content.
- Trying to access other users’ data, disrupting the Service or bypassing its limits.
- Scraping the Service without our written permission.
If you break these rules, we may restrict or block your account.
8. Liability
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accurate calculations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the Service’s recommendations or for indirect losses. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may shut down the Service after notifying users in advance in the app or by email.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. We will tell you about material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute; we reply within 10 business days. If we cannot agree, the dispute goes to court under Russian law.
