By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the NutrAI app or on nutrai.ru, I freely and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below (Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).
1. Operator

2. Purposes
- Creating and maintaining my account and signing me in.
- Recognising meals, calculating nutritional value, keeping my food diary and statistics.
- Personal recommendations, reports and reminders.
- Sharing data with a nutritionist I have connected myself.
- Answering my requests, keeping the Service secure and fixing errors.
3. Data
- Email, name, account ID at the sign-in provider (Yandex, VK, Mail.ru), avatar.
- Sex, age, height, weight, body measurements and composition, goal, language, time zone.
- Meal photos and descriptions (text and voice), food diary, wellbeing notes, messages to the AI assistant, analysis results.
- IP address, device information (user agent), push notification token.
4. Health data
I understand that information about my weight, body composition, diet and wellbeing may be health data, a special category of personal data (Article 10 of 152-FZ). I consent to its processing for the purposes in section 2.
5. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction, with or without automated means.
6. Recipients
- Hosting provider: Cloud.ru, Russia, where the Service data is stored.

Artificial intelligence services. For automated data analysis, the Controller uses Polza.ai, a service that provides access to artificial intelligence models from third-party providers. Depending on the model used, processing may involve the corresponding AI model provider.
Meal photographs and descriptions, as well as the minimum user profile context necessary to generate the analysis result, may be shared for analysis. Names, email addresses and other data that directly identifies the user are not included in requests to the AI model.
Depending on the selected AI model and processing route, data may be processed using infrastructure located both within and outside the Russian Federation. Where such processing constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Controller carries it out in compliance with the requirements of Russian personal data legislation.
- Nutritionist: only if I connect them in the app, and only the data I choose to share.
7. Duration and withdrawal
This consent is valid while I have an account and ends when I delete it. The data is then deleted within 30 days, except for data the operator must keep by law.
I can withdraw consent at any time by deleting my account in the app or by writing to info@nutrai.ru from the email linked to my account. The operator then stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days unless it has another legal basis. The Service cannot be used without this consent.
